Off-The-Shelf Product Orders

Before placing your order, please be sure to read the product description carefully. This will detail the estimated lead time required to make & ship your order - if you have any questions or specific deadlines drop us an email here.

All orders are subject to £4.99 postage and packaging charge, and are shipped with Royal Mail 1st Class.

If you would like to return / exchange your off-the-shelf order, please send us an email within 14 days of delivery detailing any comments, and we can arrange an exchange or a refund. The return postage must be covered by the customer.

Bespoke Orders

All bespoke orders require minimum of 4 weeks lead time to make and ship.

Due to the bespoke, handmade nature of these products, we do not offer any kind of returns or refunds. If you are unhappy with your product, please just send us a message, and we will discuss the best course of action.

Shipping Abroad

We can definitely ship your goodies abroad, no problem! Please send us an email if you wish to purchase something Sew Bella, as shipping internationally isn’t currently available as an option on the website.

Please note that Sew Bella takes no responsibility for any overseas shipments that may be subject to additional customs charges, duties and/or taxes. These are charged by the local authority and must be paid by the customer. This now includes shipments to the EU.
